Condensate oil/water separator — Sepremium 3.5 KA
Oil/water separator for the condensate from the compressed air system. The compressor is oil-injected, so its condensate contains oil; the separator's filter elements remove it before the water goes to the drain. The air itself does not pass through the separator.

Maintenance
Check that condensate reaches the separator, that the outlet runs freely downhill, and that there are no leaks or overflow.
Test the outlet water with the manufacturer's test bottle. Clear-looking water alone doesn't prove the oil has been removed.
Replace saturated elements with the correct 3.5 KA set. The compressor oil is Mattei Rotoroil F2.
Isolate and depressurise the drains before disconnecting anything; the receiver drain is fed from a pressurised tank.
After service, refill with water as the instructions specify.
Record element changes and test results.
