Setup

  • Water cooler: Cool Mini

  • Panel: TA34 — pulse, AC balance, AC frequency, electrode preheating

  • Foot pedal: T1 Foot CAN, remote current control

  • Torch: SR-B 20 FX, long hose package, flexible head

How to use

Before welding

  1. Open the argon and check the flow: about 7 l/min.

  2. Set the current. For TIG, use 20–30 A per mm of material thickness; for MMA, follow the electrode packet.

  3. For TIG, set upslope/downslope and preflow/postflow.

  4. Position the fume extraction arm.

  5. Attach the earth clamp, using the correct earth connection.

When done

  1. Close the gas.

  2. Clean up.
