Curing | 180–190 °C part temperature for 10 minutes (most of our powders) |
How to use
Powder coating is very dusty: work in the spray room with the door closed and the fan on.
Coat the part with the gun.
Cure it in the oven. It is the part's surface temperature that counts, so check it with the IR thermometer. The oven heats slowly at 190 °C, so set it a little higher, but not above 220 °C, or the safety cut-out may trip.
Longer than 10 minutes does little harm.
For a second coat, powder straight onto the hot part for better adhesion.

After use
Take the gun apart and clean it with compressed air and a vacuum cleaner.
