Start

  1. Air on: pull the blue sleeve behind the regulator on the left side forward (towards you). It can be stiff — you'll hear when it opens.

  2. Switch on at the right side.

  3. Wait 10–15 min to heat up.

Settings

  • Time: hold +, then also S, until an arrow appears by the time. Release +, keep holding S, adjust with +/−, release S.

  • Temperature: same, but keep holding + and S until the arrow moves to the temperature. Release +, keep S, adjust, release S.

  • Pressure: pull out and turn the regulator on the right (moving part) while watching the display. Normally 3–4 bar; 2 bar for flock (keeps it thick and velvety). Don't touch the left regulator.

Pressing

  • Slide the press over the platen using the handles — make sure it's over the platen before pressing.

  • Hold both buttons behind the handles until it presses down. It stays down for the set time, then lifts.

  • Emergency stop lifts it early.

Switch off

  1. Switch off on the right side (display goes dark).

  2. Air off (important): push the blue sleeve on the left back. The press plate should lower onto the platen.
