The premises are open 24/7 for members with Makerspace Access, all year long, but to gain access you need to first attend a <b>new member introduction</b> ("medlemsintroduktion" in Swedish). We do not use physical keys, instead we use a system which uses your smartphone, [[Accessy]]. You can read more about it and what phone are supported on the wiki page for [[Accessy]].

<bdi>New member introduction</bdi> occur approximately every two weeks, and they’re called "medlemsintroduktion" in the [https://makerspace.se/kalendarium calendar]. To gain access to the premises, you need to sign an agreement where you agree to adhere to our [https://wiki.makerspace.se/Lokalregler rules ("lokalregler")], and you also need to show an ID.

All Board members are volunteers, and we meet about once per month. At the board meetings we discuss the financials, upcoming <bdi>new member introductions</bdi> ("medlemsintroduktioner"), any problems, and decide on larger purchases. If you want to contact the Board, email info@makerspace.se.
