That doesn't mean it isn't there, and it doesn't mean it can't blind you or burn you instantly. Invisible is not the same as safe. The rule is simple: if you're not sure a material is safe to laser, check the material list on the wiki before you start. When in doubt, ask. Don't be like Kevin, your senses are not a substitute for knowing what you're working with.
