General safety rules

These are the general safety rules related to machines with moving or rotating parts.

Clothing

No loose clothing of any kind such as ties, scarves, loose sleves, skirts
No jewellery
Contain and pull back long hair
Contain and pull back long beards
Gloves should not be used with most machines. There are some exceptions but they are not many
Closed toe shoes, i.e. no sandals and the like
