  • Verify the European manual, rear-paper capacities, scanner size, duplex limits and consumable codes. Documented on 15 October 2026.

  • Find the local ink location and latest completed refill. The pocket beneath the printer and October 2026 refill are documented.

  • Record the exact printer name shown during network discovery and its current connection/address, with a date. Test discovery on the Makerspace network.

  • Confirm which shared computer has the ET-15000 driver, Epson Scan 2 and ScanSmart installed; document a tested print-and-scan route for Windows/macOS as applicable.

  • Confirm currently stocked A3/photo/label media and suitable driver settings. Keep manufacturer compatibility separate from what is available locally.

  • Check whether a spare T04D1 maintenance box is stocked and where it is kept.

  • Confirm the original installation date from an unambiguous record; existing historical messages give inconsistent dates.
