There are a number of floor drains in the space, as the premises were previously used as a chemistry lab. These must be topped up with water regularly to prevent foul-smelling gases from rising out of the drains. This should ideally be done once every two months. The floor drains should be filled with a full bucket of water. Take care not to damage anything sitting on the floor near the drains. | |||
