Stockholm Makerspace is a volunteer organisation. Members contribute by improving documentation, maintaining machines, organising workshops, and helping one another.

Documentation needing review

The reorganisation preserved the existing policy and technical source material. These items need confirmation by the people responsible for the topic.

• Member storage: confirm the applicable limits, label renewal and purchasing instructions, then align English and Swedish guidance.

• Purchasing: confirm the dated 2023 budget and responsibility list.

• External IT and network infrastructure: verify the inherited configuration and ownership information.

• Machine access project: establish which proposals, if any, are deployed.

• Component inventory: verify drawer locations and stock against the retained transcription.

• Canon camera: check present accessories, batteries and charging arrangements before promoting supplementary drafts.

• Working safely: complete and review the draft alongside machine-specific instructions.
